During our stay at Capital O San Jose, we were pleasantly surprised by the cozy and clean atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were well-furnished with comfortable beds, and the hot shower was a delight. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the owner was kind enough to let us park our car in the internal garden. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time during our recent stay! The room we received was spacious and well-furnished, complete with plush towels and fresh bed linens. Plus, the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. Another great aspect was the excellent WiFi connection, which allowed us to keep in touch with family and friends back home. we had a positive experience and would recommend this accommodation to others.

On the negative side, we did encounter some communication issues when making our reservation and upon arrival. It would have been helpful for the staff to provide more clear and detailed information during these times.

Great facilities and beautiful location! the towels were plush, beds made up, and the kitchen provided was excellent. the best part was the inner courtyard garden, which was so cozy and inviting. We loved the fact that it was centrally located and very close to the historic center.

Despite the fact that we paid for using washing machine, the lady refused to provide detergent, which we thought was rude.
